5-Night Sleep Trial

Every CloudSens pillow comes with a 5-night sleep trial. Sleep on it, and if it isn't the right fit for you, reach out to us within the trial window and we'll arrange a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at hello@cloudsens.com or call +961 3 421 964 (Mon–Sat: 9am – 6pm) with your order details. We'll confirm the return and guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

To qualify, pillows should be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are processed once the item reaches us, and refunds are issued to your original payment method — for cash-on-delivery orders, we'll arrange the refund with you directly.
